INTRODUCTION TO JIKIDEN REIKI
Jikiden Reiki is simple, pure, and effective. It comes from more than 60 years of experience.
The founder of Jikiden Reiki was Chiyoko Yamaguchi who first learned Reiki in 1938 from Chujiro Hayashi sensei.
She spent the whole of her life treating others and perfecting the art of using reiki
in the simplest and most effective way as Chujiro Hayashi did.
For those people who are new to Reiki, it is an energy healing practice, which originated in Japan.
Reiki practitioners use the life-force energy or “ki” all around us and are able to pass it on
to re-awaken the natural healing process in others by focusing the energy on the areas that it is most needed.
BENEFITS OF JIKIDEN REIKI
On the physical level, Reiki can bring relaxation to stressed muscles, decrease pain, accelerate the healing time of bones and wounds, diminish the tissue involvement of burns and bruises, and much more. On a mental and
emotional level, anxiety is reduced, a sense of well-being is increased and a level of deep relaxation can be felt. At this degree of deep relaxation, a rebalancing of energies can occur and
the natural healing ability of the body is stimulated enhanced.
A full Jikiden Reiki treatment generally takes an hour. Our bodies own healing intelligence uses the extra energy of Jikiden Reiki to help repair its self quicker than it could otherwise. Many people experience other benefits including pain relief during the treatment. While definite benefits can be gained from just a single treatment, to get the best results from Reiki, regular sessions are recommended. Distant Jikiden Reiki treatment is also very effective.
Jikiden Reiki is often effective in relieving
symptoms of hypertension and stress-related distress. Jikiden Reiki is immensely relaxing.
It is a gentle, mentally and emotionally balancing treatment.
